Getting 5 mights off 1 transmute spec proc is like 400 free gold and almost never happens. Thought it was kinda cool. Oh, and I was bored in bcis again so I went through thottbot and found the best hunter gear currently in game for every slot. If it says "something" then > then "something else", that means the first is better, but much harder to get and the one after is the next best alternative. And 3 slots are 375 DS leatherworking. Rift Stalker Helm > Gladiator's Chain Helm Choker of Animalistic Fury > Saberclaw Talisman Rift Stalker Mantle > Gladiator's Chain Spaulders Farstrider Wildercloak = Cloak of the Pit Stalker Rift Stalker Hauberk > Ebon Netherscale Breastplate Ebon Netherscale Bracers Gauntlets of the Dragonslayer Ebon Netherscale Belt Scaled Greaves of the Marksman Ferocious Swift-Kickers Ring of Lethality > Violet Signet of the Master Assassin Ring of Reciprocity > Ring of a Thousand Marks Trinkets change too much for me to list. butterflies imo Posts: 3,861 Group: Administrator Member #1 Joined: July 19, 2004	with the changes in 2.1 to kill command, I think this is now the best raid dps marksman spec (mostly - of course a few points can be switched around but the core of it is what's important). the main thing to pick up is the 20% kill command crit talent, which is a good point investment now. the only thing to really think about is what pet to use for kill commanding. wind serpent, the pet with the highest dps (spamming lightning with go for the throat focus from your crits) doesnt interact well with kill command because of the way his ai works - keeping him as far away from the target as possible. this might make pets like ravagers with a high melee dps more valuable, or maybe shoop can permanently keep up the screech debuff on the mob while kill commanding. i dunno, test it or something. the addition of the aoe avoidance ability to pets, however, is a must have for hunter pets do stay alive long enough to do any of this cool stuff I mentioned. talents
